Website and waitlist privacy
ALLMIGHT is a project operated under the Offworld Ventures brand. This notice covers its public marketing website and free waitlist, not a private software-builder account.
What we collect for the waitlist
Your name and email. After signup is saved, we may look up public company details, a website, and a logo using your email domain. We record the privacy-notice version you accept and the submission time. Do not include CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information), or other confidential information.
Why we collect it
To review interest, manage the waitlist, and contact you about ALLMIGHT and your request. No payment information is collected. Signup is not a purchase, product-access guarantee, partnership, or endorsement.
Company logos
By joining on behalf of a company, you permit ALLMIGHT to show its public name and logo only as an expression of interest, provided you are authorized to grant that permission. We verify affiliation and authority and review the asset before publishing; accepting this notice does not itself verify those facts or automatically publish a logo. A retrieved logo is an unverified suggestion, not proof of interest or permission. You may withdraw permission at any time. A displayed logo is not a partnership or endorsement.
Company details and service providers
After your signup is saved, we may request public company details, a company website, and its public logo from Firecrawl using the public company domain from your email. We send only that public website origin, not your name, full email, or software needs. This lookup runs in the background and does not delay signup; a failed lookup does not prevent signup. Results are unverified suggestions; personal email domains are not treated as your company. Cloudflare hosts the website and waitlist database. Resend receives your email address to send the signup confirmation. Your name, email and any public company website found after signup are relayed to our private Discord team channel for waitlist review; software requirements are not included in that notification. We do not sell waitlist contact details.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Analytics in Privacy settings, Google Analytics measures marketing-page visits and waitlist-link opens using online identifiers such as cookies and device/network information. We do not send it your signup name, email, company questions, or request text. Advertising personalization, Google signals, user-provided data collection, and automatic form tracking are disabled.
Optional business visitor identification
If you separately choose Visitor identification, we use RB2B/Retention.com to help understand business interest in ALLMIGHT. These providers use cookies and browser/network identifiers, including IP addresses, and may match a visit to business contact information such as a name, employer, job title, work email, and professional profile. Matches may be inaccurate and do not establish buying interest or authority. These providers may also use and share identifiers and matched information with their data partners and customers for marketing purposes, as described in their privacy policy. This choice does not automatically subscribe you to email outreach.
You can also use the provider's tracking opt-out and privacy request page. Read Google's privacy policy and RB2B's privacy policy for their processing practices.
Your tracking choices
Both tracking categories are off until you opt in. Rejecting them does not prevent signup. Google Analytics and RB2B tags are limited to the marketing pages on allmight.ai and www.allmight.ai; neither is loaded on signup pages at waitlist.allmight.ai or in the private builder platform. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals block both optional categories. Use Privacy settings in the marketing-page footer to change or withdraw your choices. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop already-running tags and clears known first-party tracking cookies where possible; it does not erase information already received by providers or clear their third-party cookies.
Storage and access
Waitlist submissions are stored in the database for review. Individual waitlist records are not exposed through the public website. Service providers process information needed to operate their services. We keep waitlist details only while needed to manage your request, subject to legal obligations.
Contact and requests
Ask to correct or remove your details, stop ALLMIGHT contact, or withdraw logo-display permission at support@allmight.ai. Confirmation email does not verify mailbox ownership, company affiliation, or logo authority. Public company enrichment never establishes those facts.
